Unfortunately, due to the application of products designed for adult use, integrating positioning components to properly support the needs of our pediatric clients can often result in bulky hardware, and excess weight being added to the system.
Stealth’s Niño line of hardware is designed specifically for pediatric applications. This line of scaled down, proportionately sized products will allow you to provide a stable support surface while minimizing additional weight and bulk.

Medial (Knee) Support
The Medial Thigh Support is a popular hardware because of its versatility, adjustability and locking mechanism. With the unique link system, it allows to adjust the medial support for any seat thickness.
Adjustable Pad (MTMD-42)
The adjustable medial pad modification allows adjustment in multiple angles/planes. The purpose of this adjustment is to allow for a more natural fit and comfort for the client. This current modification is compatible with MTHW-600/610/640 and comes with 3x5 pads and slip cover.

Stealth Seating Backs
Stealth Products, LLC. offers a multitude of standard and customized back packages along with back inserts.
Our standard backs start at 10in to 20in, but you can customize it if needed. We have manufacture 7" wide backs as well as 26" wide backs.
The minimum width it is only limited by the hardware. But in Stealth Products we manufacture most of our products, meaning that our customer service can work along with you for any customization required by the needs presented in each case.
Ultra Lightweight Back
The TFBN (True Forming Back Niño), better known as the Ultra Lightweight Pediatric Back, is a light aluminum back that has the ability to grow horizontally and vertically with your child.
The Ultra Lightweight Pediatric Back is designed to provide comfort and custom fit options for our pediatric sized clients. It grows in increments of 2" inches from 8in up to 14in depending in the frame width and system ordered.

The Ultra QCRS is an all-encompassing Head Positioning System with adjustment capabilities. It has a portfolio of options and accessories to meet virtually any client’s needs. With the addition of the TWB Links, adjustment to client’s positioning will be successful with a single tool.
Niño i2i Series
The unique, integrated structure of the i2i connects the head and neck and forms a support similar to that of an exoskeleton. It is positioned high on the neck and not on the lower portion, which tends to leave the upper neck and head unsupported.
